We make every effort to represent the items as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and photographs.

3. Ordering Process

  • How to Place an Order: Select the items you wish to purchase and follow the checkout process. You will receive an email confirming your order once it has been successfully placed.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of the item.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your country.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request photographs of the damage for our records.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are happy to offer a returns policy in line with consumer protection laws in the UK.

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items.
  • Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at morganjosephine60@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Refund Process: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exceptions: Due to the nature of our products, we may not accept returns on certain items (such as bespoke or customized items). These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
