Denise Wren Elephant

Elephant sculpture by Denise Wren.

Australian born, Denise Wren came to the UK in 1900. She studied then taught at the Kingston School of Art and Camberwell.

Widely regarded as one of the first female studio potters in the UK she developed her distinctive style as a creative potter.

Her work is to be found in private collections and museums such as the V&A.
