Félix Raoul Eteve was born in Montmorillon, France 1902. He studied art at Ecole des Beaux Arts Paris , later exhibiting his paintings in various galleries throughout the city. He became a member of the Société des Artistes Francais, where he also exhibited his paintings at their annual Salon and won the prestigious Prix Raigecourt-Goyan in 1935. He died in Auxerre in 1967.
